What happens after we order?

• You will receive an email from Hannah confirming your order and providing the total cost

How do we get our snack? (Pickup/Delivery/Shipping)

• If you live in Alpharetta and provided your address Hannah will drop off snacks on the Sunday of the week that the order was placed

• If you live outside the delivery area porch pick-up will be available on Sundays (address to be provided in confirmation email)

• If you opted for shipping Hannah will email you with your total + shipping estimates

Do I have to pay in advance?

• Payment is required prior to pickup/delivery or shipping. All payments can be sent to Hannah via Venmo or Zelle

Can I place a bulk or special order?

• Yes! We have done bulk orders for birthday parties and individual baggies for classrooms. Be sure to just email or dm (@simply.hanmade or simply.hanmade6@gmail.com) to chat with Hannah about the best option!
